We are 3 student nurses (Aoibhin Molloy, Abby Fleming and Fiona Duffin)are participating in a skydive to raise money for Aware. AWARE is the depression charity for Northern Ireland - and the only charity working exclusively for people with depression and bipolar disorder. As student nurses, doing placement throughout the pandemic, we are well aware of how much of an impact the current circumstances can have on mental health. We wanted to do this skydive to raise money for this amazing charity because we feel so strongly about how important it is to look after your own mental health and also supporting everyone around you to do the same. Any small donation will help AWARE deliver the support and help that people need to help overcome their mental health difficutlies.If you need help and support please do not be afraid to speak to someone..
