Two years ago today our dad passed away in the Highland Hospice.   They nursed him with such care throughout his last days and looked after all of us too.   They gave us beds, blankets, soup and a never ending supply of good humour and coffee as more and more of us arrived to spend some precious time with him.  They made an awful situation into something that gave us some very happy last memories of him and we can never thank them enough.  

We all ran for the Highland Hospice last year as a way to give something back and - here we go again.   Our inspiration - Steve - will be doing the Marathon while us lesser beings amble through the 5K.   If you can manage it please  help us to support this amazing place.
