The National Autistic Society is here to transform lives, change attitudes and create a society that works for autistic people. There is still so much to do to increase opportunities, reduce social isolation and build a brighter future for autistic people. With your help, we can make it happen.

Story

Many of you have generously supported my fundraising antics in previous years for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust and for Breast Cancer Research. As some of you know, I rotate between 3 specific charities from year to year and this year it is NAS.

To up the ante a bit and keep you all interested, I am combining 3 awesome events in a 6 week period starting with the Royal Parks Half Marathon on 6th Oct, followed by the Pineridge 10k Trail Run on 12th Oct and the Mens Health Survival of the Fittest 10k Obstacle Race on 17th Nov.

Training not going so well as injured my back a few months ago but physio, sports massage and determination will hopefully get me through.

I appreciate whatever support you can offer to NAS and I will let you know how I get on after each challenge.
