Story

I am taking part in the Men's Health Survival of the Fittest Challenge on Saturday 17th November at Battersea Power Station and Battersea Park. It is basically an idiotic 10k which includes 20+ urban obstacles and a steeplechase section round the race track in the park.  The obstacles include parkour (I had to look it up too!), high pressure hoses, wrecked cars, skips filled with ice, the usual monkey bars, hay bales, vertical walls etc, etc. You can check it out on at www.mhsurvival.co.uk/londonday to get a taste of what I am up against. Eek, I wish I hadnt looked!

I am doing it for the National Autistic Society as it is charity close to my heart.  Please support me with whatever you can. Thank You
