I'm aiming to complete the Edinburgh Bupa 10K in under 55 minutes and so far I can barely do it in 70 without getting distracted by rabbits or cute children. As part of my training I've been running the Park Run (5K) a few times and even managed it in less than 25 minutes (very pleased with myself can you tell?) but the frustrating part is that I keep being beaten by children (!) so I'm going to have to get my act together.
