Thank you so much for making the work of City Hospice possible.Your support will help us continue to provide specialist palliative care and support to patients and their families living with cancer and other life limiting conditions in Cardiff.
Jan-March 2022 has the potential to be low and slow - so keeping fit will help it to pass and having a cause to excercise for will keep the momentum. I’ll be biking on my landing ( bike still in the cross trainer from March 2020 - the first lockdown) , or on the road and walking hills, coast path and fields.
Update Feb 27th - just over 500km done. - my expectations of the winter months have been correct for additional unexpected reasons. Having to ‘dig deep’ and exercise definitely helping. Hoping to be able to complete by 31st March.
Update 22nd March - reached 900 km tonight ! definitely working for fitness and motivation - didn't believe I would get this far!
