I am running the Royal Parks Half Marathon on the 7th October 2012 for the Prostate Cancer UK charity. This is a charity very close to my heart and I would like to raise money and awareness for prostate cancer.  Even if you cannot afford to donate any money please take a minute or two to visit the website and be aware of the symptoms associated with prostate cancer.
