Story
In November 2014 I was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma. After six months of intensive chemotherapy and the support of a wonderful family, amazing friends, a great medical team at Lincoln County Hospital (including some fantastic Macmillan nurses), I was in remission and have stayed that way for the last four years.
I try to give back as much as I can because I am grateful for the support I had, for being alive, and because I want to help improve the treatment and life chances of anyone who is given a cancer diagnosis. Cancer doesn't have to be the end but I'm sure treatment could be so much kinder if more research is done.
Thanks for any support you can give, every penny is appreciated. And it's 26 miles - help me make my sore blistered feet worthwhile!!
Much love,
Fiona 😘
