I have no idea if I can do this length of swim but I’ve had a v difficult year and found swimming outdoors with a great bunch of people who encourage , challenge each other to take risks and eat a lot of cake an enormous source of support.  So I’m doing it with them, and trust we will get each other through it. 

One of us had bone cancer as a teenager so we are raising money for research and awareness into this.
