Great South Run 2021 · 17 October 2021 ·

Enhancing the care and facilities for patients at Poole Hospital.

Story

3 years ago i received a breast cancer diagnosis,  that day my life changed forever. Following chemo, injections and 3 surgeries i owe my life to the amazing team at the Dorset Cancer Unit & Butterfly Unit . So setting a challenge of The Great South Run what better way to give something back! Poole Hospital NHS Charity exists to enhance the care and treatment of patients accessing NHS services at Poole Hospital by fundraising to provide enhanced facilities, state of the art equipment and support NHS staff health, wellbeing and development.
