Our younger generations have so much stacked against them nowadays and getting into work is challenging. I am supporting Working Options In Education to help change that for those that need help most. Due to COVID-19, the charity have unfortunately had to postpone three major fundraising events to 2021. Working Options in Education have a £200,000 funding gap. The fall out of the pandemic will disproportionately affect the employment prospects of young people, particularly those from deprived communities, where the opportunity gap will widen further. The charity's programme to give young people the employability and life skills they need to fulfil their potential is even more vital.

Why hula hooping, I hear you ask. I wanted to do something challenging to earn your donations and I only recently managed to do keep a hoop up. I learned quite accidentally whilst trying to show my kids, telling them that they could do anything if they persevered and practiced. They have inspired me! The 100,000 is about 30 min solid hooping per day for 4 weeks and should I need help, my two boys agreed to hoop with me, so group effort 🤗.
