Story

So... 'my story' is: I've recently made contact with the sick kids in Edinburgh, origami fundraising malarky, and came across a poster for a skydive and signed up.  I did a tandem jump a few years ago and loved it. I need to raise £325 to jump and to ensure that the sick kids get a tidy sum.  So if your feeling generous, donate some 'pounds for my parachute' and help the sick kids... and if your feeling adventurous... join me!!

Cheers.

THANKYOU to everyone who has donated so far!!

With regards to the 'origami fundraising malarky' I am currently working on a random project where I decided to take on the challenge to make/fold 1000 origami cranes (its a bird), Japanese legend believes anyone who folds a 1000 will be granted a wish by a crane such as long life or recovery from illness.  They are also a symbol of peace and hope.  This is why I initially got in touch with the sick kids and where the skydive came from.

I am hoping that when I jump in September I will be able to take some cranes with me and 'release' them, I think this would be a cool way to end the whole project and make a pretty sweet picture!!!

THANKS AGAIN.
