Thanks for supporting my fundraising, I really appreciate it.

Until only a couple of years ago I hadn't had direct contact with the work that Macmillan does.  I knew it was wonderful - but I hadn't seen for myself just how instantly their support kicks in and how invaluable it is.  

This walk is in memory of our dear friend Jackie - who we lost far too young.  Jackie was such an inspiration - brave and determined to live life to the full.   But it is also for the many other loved ones in my life who have faced, and are facing cancer and have benefitted from the work that Macmillan does.  8 of us are getting together to walk the challenging Jurassic coast - somewhere Jackie loved and where we had shared great times together.
