I am joining the IDAS Big Yorkshire Tour 2022 because I want to make sure that anyone subjected to domestic abuse or sexual violence can access support.IDAS received over 20,000 referrals, 22,000 helpline calls and supported more than 10,000 people affected by domestic abuse and sexual violence in the community last year. IDAS provides lifesaving services including refuge accommodation, outreach services and support to children and young people.IDAS need our support to continue to respond to the increase in demand for their services. Everyone deserves to live safe lives, free from abuse and violence.

A group of us will be running parkrun at Fountains Abbey and then cycling 35 miles around Ripon on Saturday 30 July.
