You may already know that a good friend of mine, Louise was recently diagnosed with cancer. Her treatment which has already started includes chemotherapy, a side effect being loss of hair. When I found out I knew that I wanted to be able to support her in some way and hoped that by getting my head shaved, she wouldn't have to feel like she was going through loss of hair alone. By doing so also gives me a great opportunity to raise funds for Cancer Research, Louise's chosen charity and one that I have raised funds for before. It's something a bit different from the fundraising her family, friends & work colleagues are doing and hopefully combined efforts will raise a great deal towards this fantastic charity. 

The event will take place on Saturday 15th March at Sharky's bar, Montrose at 2.15pm.
