On Sunday 2nd October, Paul and I will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon in aid of Stroke Association- please sponsor us!  

Every year there are approximately 152,000 strokes in the UK, each with potentially devastating consequences for the individuals affected and their families.  Last year, my Mum's life changed forever when she suffered a stroke and in February this year, my Auntie sadly passed away following one.  

Stroke Association carries out life saving research and offers support for thousands of people affected by this debilitating condition. Please help us raise money to assist them in this work, to offer hope to people like my Mum and in memory of my Auntie.
