Huntington's Disease is a rare hereditary and neurological disease that affects the nervous system and causes changes with movement, learning, thinking and emotions. Much more research is needed to understand this disease and to find a cure.

Life is challenging for the person affected and their family and friends.

My friend's husband has recently been diagnosed with the condition and with the help of The Huntington's Disease Association is learning to live with it. They provide care, training & advice to families and professionals, raise awareness, and promote research towards better treatment and care.  They tirelessly support anyone in England and Wales affected by the illness.

Our challenge will last a few terrifying minutes. Huntington's Disease will affect families for their lifetimes.
