I am going against the habit of a lifetime by putting myself through the AGONY of doing the Manchester 10k. To inspire me in this, I decided to run for the Frost Foundation - a charity who provide support and equipment to children in Manchester who are sick, disabled or terminally ill, to make their lives a little easier.
