So here I go again!!!
As many of you know I seem to have caught the fund raising bug. After successfully securing three defibrillators for Caerphilly, Helped to sent my lovely friend Jemma and her family to America with her son Owen who sadly is currently receiving proton beam therapy I have decided to raise money for the amazing Ty Hafan.

So this time I thought I would set myself challenge!!! But not just me I have asked my little family to join me.

The most fitness I do is running around after the kids so what better way to motivate me to get doing some exercise is to do a 5k run around Disneyland Paris!!!!!
We will be running - Andrew 10k myself 5k Megan 200m and little Robyn 100m!!!
