Ready, Set, SNOW! I'm unleashing my inner elf to support people affected by dementia.  My Dad sadly died with dementia 5 years ago, and my mum has also recently been diagnosed.  This is such a heartbreaking illness which has a huge impact on the whole family.  Resources, support and advice really are a lifeline.  It is so helpful to speak to people who have been down this road before, and can enable you to navigate the challenges you face every day.  Any support you can provide would be very much appreciated.
