During the course of Mikes 10 weeks of illness the Beatson provided so much care and compassion to our whole family. The Beatson Cancer Charity support the treatment the nurses and doctors give and ease the emotional and physical burden that cancer places on a family. We never got the opportunity to benefit from the full range of services they provide but I definitely don’t know where I’d be without the offer of a much needed cup of tea and a friendly chat from the charity workers during such period of anxiety.
