Going Short · 6 January 2017

The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions. The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

On Friday 6 January 2017 Amy-Jane and Fiona (plus anyone else who wants to join in) will be cutting at least seven inches off their hair and donating it to The Little Princess Trust to be used in making a wig for a child.

No one should suffer the trauma of hair loss due to medication and treatment of any condition, but it happens and your donation will help another child feel a little more like a child again with a full head of hair to avoid looks and comments from peers and strangers. Thank you.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Please excuse the short haired imposter in our photo.  It's our brother. Photos of Amy-Jane and Fiona are few and far between but this was taken just back in the summer :-)
