My Auntie Patsy sadly passed away last year after a very long and brave battle with Cancer.

I wanted to help raise some much needed funds for the amazing North London Hospice who provided care for Patsy, my Uncle Les and her daughter Vicky during the latter part of her life.

So I decided to do a little paddle, a few miles on the bike and a short jog this September in her memory.

So the Bowood House Half it is.... 1.2mile swim, 56mile bike ride and a half marathon to finish.  Hopefully somewhere between 6-7 hours all in!

Any sponsorship will go a long way to supporting more families in North London with palliative and end of life care.
