Firewalk 2013 · 14 September 2013 ·

Story

My dad is organising this firewalk. He asked me to help out by grilling my soles.

I have often proclaimed that 'my feet are like leather', and I feel that this is a welcome opportunity to prove this, one of my many extraordinary talents.

I know many people are afraid of their first firewalk. I have a basic grasp of biology and physics and it does not therefore bother me in the slightest, but I would still appreciate if you use this excuse to donate generously to this really worthwhile charity.

I havent really done anything for charity before

Apart from the year 5 cake sale

But this is my first opportunity to give something back to the planet which has given me so much.

The poverty in which these people live is truly appalling. Please help them to move beyond the conditions in which they currently exist.
