Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Team Fightingtorque are taking part in a 24hr C1 Race at the world famous Silverstone Grand Prix circuit. A 24 hour race to show grit and determination not only for the drivers but pit team alike. It is likely there will be 100 cars on track resulting in constant jockeying for position throughout the night in any weather conditions thrown at us. Concentration and awareness will be 100% and draining over the 24hr period with adrenaline pumping.

We would like to raise as much money as possible to support this amazing charity. This really is a test of endurance for the team and machine. Great Ormond Street saved the life of my little girl Florence at the end of 2016. Having spent the best part of three month in Great Ormond Street and watching the amazing work they do, you truly realise how lucky we are to have this first class hospital. Its not just the facility but the attitude, skill level and commitment of the staff. By giving to this page you are helping to save young children who need specialist treatment. Great Ormond Street Hospital doesn't just save lives, it save families.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
