Big Gay 10K is a new exciting sponsored walk/run taking place in Central London on 30th September. Participants will be donning their finest leg warmers and sweat bands and mincing the route past some of London's most iconic buildings.

The 10k has been put together to raise money for some of the UK's leading Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender health and well-being charities. The charities organising the event are London Friend and PACE.

We're asking all friends, family, neighbours and colleagues of Big Gay 10K participants to please dig as deep as they can to help these amazing charities supporting thousands of people every year.
