Run for Dementia
Campaign by Alzheimer's Society (RCN 296645)
How many miles can you run in 30 days? Could you take on 50 or 100 miles to help us beat dementia?

Story

Erin, Carl and George challenged themselves to run 50 miles or more over a month to raise money for Alzheimer's Society so I've decided to join the team and try and raise a bit with them.

Having lost my Nan at the end of 2020 after suffering from vascular dementia and my Grandad facing the same diagnosis, this seems like a great way to try and raise some money for the research and support Alzheimer's Society provides.
