Supporting 'End Violence Against Women UK' in Memory of Libby Squire

On 31 January 2019, 21 year old University of Hull student Libby Squire was tragically murdered following a night out.
In honour of the approaching 4th anniversary, the Hull University Feminist Society, are raising money for End Violence Against Women UK in Libby’s memory. End Violence Against Women UK, is a coalition of over 135 feminist organisations, specialists and activists all working towards gender equality and creating a safer world for women and girls, free from harm and violence.
Hull Femsoc, are also holding a memorial for Libby on the anniversary, if you are in the local area please feel free to join us- all details will be shared on our social media soon.
Any donation amount will make a positive impact, whether that is £2 or £20- thank you for supporting the fight for freedom and equality.
If you are a student at Hull University, you can also donate by buying a ticket to our Big Femsoc Quiz Night on the 31st January, through the Union website or app, (100% of the proceeds go to EVAW UK).
