This summer i am taking part in the London Triathlon which is a three stage event that includes swimming in the Thames followed by cycling and then running around London. It is another great drunken idea, that i'm regretting :)

I’ve been doing quite a lot of training and am excited and nervous at the same time. I am looking forward to seeing how I cope with the challenge although the idea of swimming/drowning in a dirty river is a bit scarey :)

I'm raising money for the Sobell House Hospice which is a charity/hospice that offers people with life threatening/terminal illnesses a service to help them live with dignity and free from pain in the time they have available.
