For the third time I intended to walk 20 miles for Nicola Mapp, a very brave lady who sadly lost her fight with secondary breast cancer at the end of 2011. Unfortunately 8 weeks ago I was also diagnosed with breast cancer so under doctor's orders I have had to switch to the 10 mile as I will have had my first session of chemo before the walk. I very much want to do the walk still for both Nicola and me, especially having now experienced first hand the difference that the charity makes to those suffering from this horrible disease.
