Story
Hi,
My name is Toby, I’m 14 years old. My hobbies include badminton, playing the piano and, of course, chess. As a keen chess player, I am holding an online chess simultaneous display where I play chess against multiple people at the same time, in order to raise money for Feed the Homeless. The charity is based in Bristol and provides food, essential items and support for the homeless.
I will be hoping to raise around £50 to support the charity and the homeless during these difficult times, with at least 10 people participating. My plan will be to hold this on the 28th November at 7.30pm. If I get more than 10 players interested, I will arrange multiple simuls at different times so that I can accommodate everyone and to raise as much money as possible.
Whether you’re are a keen chess player with experience, reawakening a pastime hobby, or just looking for something to do, you are more than welcome to participate.
If you would like to participate, I would be extremely grateful for a small donation, all the money collected will be donated fully to the charity. Even if you are unable to donate, please feel free to join in for some fun.
Your support will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
