Two teams of 4 women (of a certain age!) are coming together to challenge themselves, have fun and most importantly raise money for Action Medical Research to do the incredible work they do to save children's lives. Some signed up believing the event to be a relay...#justsaying ...so, after recovering from the shock, are in deep training. We would love you to support us in this challenge. Thank you.

And, the Triple Challenge….35 mile cycle with 1,000m of climbing, 8 mile hike up Pen Y Fan, 2 mile canoe….between sunrise and sunset.
