Bedgebury Pinetum Triathlon (Sprint) · 27 July 2014

We not only save animals from suffering, we also rehabilitate and release them back into the wild, whilst working to protect their habitats. We provide a safe haven for animals that can no longer fend for themselves. In all that we do, we work to find solutions that benefit both animals and people.

Story

The Sprint tri is 650m swim in open water, 21k cycling, and 5k running forest and road. 

I did my first sprint tri last summer and made it through, this year I'm going to push a little harder and try to do well in it. 

I read about Lisa Milella's story and it really moved me. Someone who has received devastating news has used it in a positive light. On her bucketlist she wants to get 100 people to raise £100, so I'm here to do just that. All the money goes directly to International Animal Rescue to continue their vital work.
