Story
On the 25th February 2021 my family and I was given the worse news to which I was diagnosed with stage 3 cervical cancer.
Since my diagnosis I have currently had 5 weeks of radiotherapy with chemotherapy and the journey has been one that I wouldn’t wish for anyone to go through.
The support and love I have had from my fiancee and son and who has been by my side everyday taking me to appointments, caring for me and making sure everything that was needed was done and seen to. They have gone above and beyond.
I can’t thank my fiancee and son enough and to all my family and friends that have helped me through this journey Thankyou from the bottom of my heart.
I’m still undergoing the care from ashgate hospice and waiting for more tests to be done but I believe I’m a fighter and I will tackle every day that life throws at me.
With how I’m feeling right now I’m putting myself to the challenge of the Sparkle Night Walk 2021. So I would like to give something back to ashgate hospice that have done absolutely everything to get me to where I am today. This walk is going to be hard for me to do, but I've got my friend Sammy helping me get round the 10k route to help raise as much money as we possibly can, along side of hundreds of others that will be attending the walk. Thankyou.
