My dad lost his brave battle with Prostate Cancer in January this year.  Throughout his illness he was admitted to Milton Keynes Willen Hospice three times and received first class care from all of the staff at the hospice.  He could never say enough about the wonderful job the doctors and nurses did for him, along with his love of the food and wonderful lake views!

Myself and my sister are walking the midnight Moo, along with a few friends, in order to show our support for Willen Hospice.  This will go some way to showing our gratitude for the care they provided for my dad, to helping him maintain his dignity and for the support they provided to me and my family during those final days.

Willen Hospice has the unenviable task of raising over 70% of its funds each year through community support and donations.  The hospice provides care for people who's illness no longer responds to curative treatment.
