Story
Thanks for giving the time to look through my JustGiving Page.
I have decided to set myself a massive challenge of running the London Marathon in April 2013! Considering I play Netball you would think I have some sort of fitness, however this is a totally different ball game!
I am raising money on behalf of Helen and Douglas Hospice who do outstanding work to help children and young adults with life shortening illnesses in Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and surrounding counties. There support is also towards the families affected by these life shortening illnesses.
This charity is particuarly close to me and my university friends who lost our dear friend Frankie in October. She was a caring, bubbly and amazing friend who I had the pleasure of living with throughout my time at university. I know she would laugh at me if I was telling her I was doing the marathon for her....but here I am!
If you can just donate a small amount that is great :) and if it makes you feel better you can watch me suffer the full 26.3 miles that I will be running on the day.
