I am running the Great West Run half marathon in Exeter on 13 October and would like to use this opportunity to raise some money for PHA (Pulmonary Hypertension Association UK). I recently discovered that an old school friend’s son Archie has this disease and have been moved to hear all that Archie has been through for such a young boy. They are clearly an incredibly loving family and their strength is truly inspiring.  

This is a horrible disease that affects approximately 1 in 3 million people.  Archie is 5 years old and has recently returned home from GOSH after a successful heart operation to relieve the pressure on his heart. This will not cure him but it will help him have a better life and hopefully buy him valuable time while PHA finds better treatments and a cure for this disease. 

Any amount you can give to help me support this worthy cause is greatly appreciated.
