Ward 26 at Heartlands Hospital is home to the West Midlands Adult Cystic Fibrosis Centre, treating over 300 people with cystic fibrosis every year. Cystic fibrosis is a genetic disorder affecting more than 10,400 people in the UK. Patients with cystic fibrosis will spend much of their time in hospital and with your support, Heartlands Hospital Charity can help make visits and stays at Heartlands Hospital more comfortable and enjoyable for them and their families.
