Story
You might have heard that Kristian Blummenfelt gave me his Super League runner's up Trophy in Malta recently.
Rather than keeping it myself, I asked him if he would mind signing it, to try to raise some money for MOVE Charity. Of course he kindly obliged!
MOVE is the amazing cancer charity I work for, as a Cancer and Exercise Rehab specialist. MOVE supports young people by helping them build up their fitness and strength again, both during and after cancer treatment. It also supports a wider age range through the 5k Your Way, Move Against Cancer initiative linked to Parkrun.
It is incredible what difference exercise and moving can make to someone's life when cancer has taken it away from them. It genuinely can be life changing.
I want to raise at least £400, which is the amount it costs MOVE to support one young person (13-30) for 8 weeks, via MOVE's 1-1 online Building Foundations Programme.
For every £1 you donate, you'll get 1 entry into the raffle to win Kristian's signed trophy. So donate £5 and you will have 5 chances of winning.
Also up for grabs is a signed sports top and visor from Oncologist and 13x Ironman winner Lucy Gossage and some Super League Triathlon goodies.
The raffle closes at midnight on November 30th 2019 and I'll be announcing the winner on the Inside Tri Show podcast soon afterwards...so someone will have a very cool Christmas present!
Please help us by spreading the word, sharing this page and helping us to raise as much money as possible.
