Story

Shaukat Khanum is a state-of-the art specialized cancer center where the poverty-striken are treated free of charge. The current Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan, founded this hospital after watching his own mother pass away from cancer. He saw his mother's death as "The death that would save millions of lives." Shaukat Khanum Hospitals in Lahore and Peshawar continue to provide free treatment to over 75% of all patients seen. This year we need Rs. 11 billion to help more such patients. Give your Zakat to Shaukat Khanum Hospitals so we can save thousands of mothers for their children.

This is a non-profit institution, developed as a State-of-the Art tertiary care, charitable Hospital catering to all segments of society without discrimination on the basis of race, religion, national origin, or sex, and treating patients without regard to ability to pay.
