Story
In order for our club to be in keeping with these extraordinary times, it is vital that we create both economic and social value. It is important that the club have a soul and a purpose to exist other than just the creation of economic value.
This years chosen charity is Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice, which is a most inspirational and impactful charity - supporting seriously unwell babies and children in London, and their families.
I will be publishing a participation rate and the total amount raised. If a member decides to donate even the smallest amount, at least they would have participated, and the higher the participation rate the more proud we can all be that we have created something unique and special.
I know you are leant upon throughout the year but hopefully the club has given more than it will take, that is just one of the reasons why I run it.
Helping end of life care for young children and at the same times helping graduating students get on the employment ladder seems like a great place to start. It recognises the pain of the past and the optimism of the future.
I thank you all for your consideration in this matter,
Much love
