Dear Friends,

Thanks for visting my site and a big thanks to Mark Houston for inviting me to take part in the 5x50 challenge. I will be walking 5Km every day for 50 days and hope to raise money for Kidney Research.

Cause let's face it, without the wonderful Scottish NHS and the work done by Kidney Research, life today would be a lot different.

So with humility and with a huge debt to pay I start this journey and hopefully after walking 250Km and with your kind support, I can begin to say Thank you.
