Thank you firstly for visiting my fundraising page.

From the 21st of July, I will be spending six weeks of my summer volunteering in rural Chiang Rai, North Thailand, to teach English in schools.

I will be working in partnership with a small, not for profit charity, called Volunteers for Educational Support and Learning (VESL) (Charity no. 1117908) which targets schools that lack adequate resources and facilities. I need to raise £900.00, which will go towards providing a better education for these children, and to the host family who I will be staying with (it does not cover my flights, which I am funding independently).

Your contribution, whatever the size, will impact the lives of many young, less privileged children through a broadened education, which is no less than what every child deserves.
