Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Adam, Freddie & I are taking part in the Prince of Wales Hospice's Annual Cyclothon on Sunday 15th May and will be riding 10 miles. Whilst this may not sound like a significant challenge it will be the first time Adam has ridden a bike in ~20yrs and I will be riding with Freddie on board, combine this with the hilly West Yorks landscape and it becomes more of a stretch!

For those of you who know the area the route will take us from the hospice through Darrington to Womersley and back to the hospice.

Many of you will be aware that Adam's father was cared for by the hospice and sadly lost his battle with Mesothelioma there in 2004. So we are partcipating in this ride to raise money for the hospice in his memory.

Please dig deep and donate now.  Whatever you can spare is greatly appreciated.
