Sandra belongs to a large and loving family, a much loved daughter, sister, niece, auntie and great-auntie, and the best friend anyone could ask for.  Her love, encouragement and support of others was at the very heart of who Sandra was. Sadly, covid19 has taken her from us far too soon and this tribute page has been set up to remember Sandra and how very special she was to us all. 

Sandra's years of dedicated work for the NHS helped to give patients across Bristol and the South West the best possible healthcare. As a Practice Development Teacher, Sandra was a true inspiration to her colleagues and learners, many of whom have developed both personally and professionally because of her commitment to them as individuals. Some have progressed to become registered professionals and some will continue their career journey. Your kind donations will go to help fund an annual bursary award for the trainees who Sandra was so passionate about educating and supporting.

In her spare time Sandra was a talented crafter and silversmith, making unique glass beads, fused glass pieces and beautiful silver jewellery, so part of your kind donations will also go towards a bespoke piece of artwork to be displayed at Southmead Hospital in her memory.
