PTSD UK is the only UK charity dedicated to the education about and awareness raising of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, it's causes, symptoms & the treatments available - no matter the trauma that caused it.Our mission is to provide support and information for anyone affected by PTSD (and their friends and family). We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding of the condition and treatments available.

Over the last few month's, we've been thinking a lot about who we are as a band and the messages in our songs. With the help of Adam Hayward from Hayward Media Coaching we have found our voice, and now we want to use it!

Writing songs with a powerful meaning has always been a recurring theme with us and this is now exception. 'How The Story Ends' captures a personal perspective of living with PTSD. Told through the eyes of Hannah looking back at herself as a young girl, 'How The Story Ends' speaks the understanding and experience of an unimaginable situation. It offers a hand of hope, not only to that little girl who is lost in the darkness, but to others who are going through similar situations.
