We train Medical Alert & Bio Detection Dogs to save lives by detecting human disease

Story

I started making washable pouches for face coverings, which can be clipped to bags or clothes so that my friends and family didn't forget to take their masks out with them. After making quite a few, I decided to continue and share them more widely to raise some money for our staff charity at Northampton High School.

Medical Detection Dogs trains dogs to save lives using their amazing sense of smell.Dogs are the best bio-sensors. They can detect odours as tiny as a teaspoon of sugar in 2 Olympic sized swimming pools. With your help we can train more of these amazing dogs, so our Medical Alert Dogs can help more people with complex healthcare needs live safe in the knowledge they have a furry life-saver by their side and do more research to give medics the tools they need for faster, more reliable, non-invasive diagnosis of cancer and other diseases.
