in 2009, Cam was dignosed with Hodgkins lymphoma, a form of cancer. She faught through a year of chemo and radiotherapy, lost all her hair, weight and much more. Lukily, Cam was backed with an army of support carers, family and friends who stood by her on her journey until finally after a long battle she won, she had beaten it.
On Cams F*** Off Cancer party, she brought together all of these friends and family, I spoke momentarily to her about her treatment and she expressed how happy she was to be back. As I DJ'd later into the night, I played some 90's dance tracks and shouted across the floor "I'm serious as cancer when I say rhythm is a dancer"...I thought I had bottled it. Instead she simply smiled.
With your donation, people like Cam can recieve the support they need to fight the many forms of this disease. Dontating just a little makes a big difference and is completely secure and protected. Your support goes directly to saving a lives like Cams. It also helps inspire this dedicated and healthy friend to proudly cross the line on my first triathlon race day.
Thank you for your time and support.
Fabian.
