Not many people will have heard about the Helen Bamber Foundation. I had not heard about it until about two years ago when my dad began working with them. Through his work I have realised how important their help is for people who have gone through situations in which their human rights have been violated, even something as inhumane as torture.

I want to help this vital work by walking 115km in 7 days. My £1500 target will provide 2 hours with a specialist doctor to coordinate the medical needs of 30 people.
