Me and the team down at F45 Glasgow Central are going to be having 12 hours of torture…..I mean fun down in the gym by doing 12 F45 classes back to back on Friday 24th of February. 

We are rasing money and awareness for the great work that they people down at the Beatson do helping others. 

It’s a great cause and the least ee can to to help out the patients and staff at the hospital for all the good they do.
